Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. This means the product must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging, with all original tags, accessories, and parts included.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please email our support team at info@lichfieldlighting.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Lichfield Lighting will cover the return shipping cost (no cost to you).
  • Customer Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
