Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).
Q. Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Lichfield Lighting will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning the item due to change of mind or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our tracking page or the courier’s website.
Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@lichfieldlighting.co.uk with your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
